If you are experiencing any problems with this system, please check the problem and solution chart below. If all else fails, contact us by email using the "Contact Us" link on the left.

Problem Solution
System is giving a "Time out" message Your computer sat idle on one page for 20 or more minutes OR "Cookies" are disabled - cookies must be enabled for these pages to function correctly.
Unable to make reservation If the error persist then try clearing your web browser's cache, and try again. Verify that you are using a compatible browser. This is a secure web page that uses 128 bit security. This requires you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, Version 4.5 or higher or Mozilla Firefox,Version 3.00 or higher. If you still are unable to complete a reservation, and you are using one of the above mentioned browsers, please call 1-877-7-CAMP-NC.
Do not know or have forgotten your password Click Forgot Password Link, under My Account tab. Enter your email address and we will email you your Password.
Do not know your Email Id Contact us at 1-877-7-CAMP-NC between the hours of Monday through Friday: 8:00AM - 8:00PM (EST); Saturday and Sunday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM (EST). Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day..
Unable to print your confirmation A confirmation notice will be sent to your email address.
